At Skyline Threads, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Items marked as final sale


2. How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

  3. Carefully package the item(s) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If your return is rejected due to not meeting our return policy guidelines, we will contact you and offer an alternative (e.g., store credit or return of the item at your cost).


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:
